"As someone who struggled with various mental health issues and an crippling alcohol addiction for many years, I can say that I had almost given up hope by the time I met Dr. Andrew Bunce. Doc Andy was kind and sympathetic to my unique challenges that I brought to his practice. I instantly felt comfortable, heard and understood which is so vitally important to effective therapy. We immediately worked together on a plan of action, and the process of therapy and what to expect was laid out before me clearly. Whenever I had a weak moment or doubt, Doc Andy was just a text or a call away ready to help me right the ship.

Utilizing a wide variety of techniques including CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) we have been able to tease out the roots of anger, depression and stress in my life. I have a better understanding of my negative triggers and responses such that I am now able to “short-circuit” these most of the time. Through our work together, I have been able to totally turn my life around from the clutch of addiction and forge a more beautiful and meaningful life. I can unequivocally recommend Dr. Bunce for anybody looking for a deeply knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate therapist."
